Cabo Wedding Venue, Sunset Da Mona Lisa. How do you choose a wedding location? The million dollar question. Its usually the most difficult when you cannot jump on a plane and come for a site visit. So what should you do? You should get advice some someone who understands the differences in the local venues.  And is willing to tell you the truth.  If I have you on the phone, I will ask you a million questions , then guide you to the resort that best fits with your budget and your vision. For instance if you want a “Beach Ceremony” some resorts are better then others.  If you want a ceremony NOT on the beach,  but with a great view, then others will work.  Some resorts are great for vacations or your room blocks, but the actual event… hmmm.. …Many Cabo San Lucas  Wedding venues, just rock and roll at everything! I was thinking today when I posted this blog, I feel so grateful for the clients that we attract. 2012 was a year of amazing weddings and wonderful clients.  Alec and  I, have a successful business because 2 people fell in love, Thank you! Love is grand, it makes the world go around!  Weddings in Cabo are special. Mexico in general is a special country with loving giving people. If you are wondering if Cabo is safe the answer is YES. Cabo Del Sol the wedding venue is one of my favorites, Last year  Alec and T and Be That Bride Events did several weddings at the venue, all of them felt different. The location has 3  ceremony options. The Beach~ Ocean Meadows as shown  and The Old Pro Shop . The food is wonderful. If you are a foodie this could be the place for you.  But the greatest thing about this location is the staff . They are above and beyond good at what they do. Its always a pleasure to bring weddings to this venue!  Its a good idea to contact me  before you chose your venue. Cabo has several great venues! Every venue has its own wow factor . And lets “get real”  almost every venue has its cons. Maybe those cons are just … Sorry out of budget for you. No Worries Los Cabos has a resort for every budget.

Valerie OMG what a wonderful bride and friend! I started to talk to Valerie in the middle of March 2012. The very first phone call we discussed what venue would be right for her and Ryan. We talked about Esperanza, Zoetry and Cabo Del Sol . I always spend about 15 minutes on each venue and really make it easy for you to decide what will work with your budget and priority’s. Cabo Del Sol was perfect for this couple. Over the next several months everything came together with out a hitch! What a wonderful wedding to be apart of.

“L.O.V.E is without question life’s greatest experience“  Anyone that has been truly in love would agree.  I am sure of it!  Anyone that has picked up the phone and had a conversation with me”  regarding wedding photography”  will understand what I am talking about!  Your wedding photos and wedding video should represent your personality. I love it when brides send me a FEW photos from pinterest. This way I can see how they see themselves. BEWARE if you send  your photographer to many photos to copy.. Your wedding photos will be nothing but a imitation of someone else’s personality.. Why would you want that?? Really… This has only happened to Alec and I a few times.. But,  I am hearing this is becoming a trend and its driving photographers crazy. ” No creative photographer wants to copy the ideas of another photographer” The photo loses the intimate vulnerability of the moment. Its that second in time that makes one photo stand out from the rest. The look in your eyes,  the touch of a hand, the softness of a real kiss.  Do not cheat your self out of  your real photos. Cabo Wedding Venue Fiesta Americana. Los Cabos wedding photos by Alec and T Photography . What a great wedding day!  Ed “The Groom” and I hit it off from the very beginning over the phone and emails. Mira “The Bride” took about 3 seconds flat to love. The wedding took place at Fiesta Americana in Cabo San Lucas.  I am actually going to set up a meeting with them soon. I think the wedding department has made some recent changes?  The resort has 2 fabulous locations for weddings.  I would love love love to have our wedding planning company Be That Bride Events. start working with them. Alec and T Photography has shot more then 20 weddings at this location and it always feels good. Whales Terrace is one location seen below. The Terrace is completely private, check out the view, completely beach front. The ceremony was on the sand and the set up was perfect for the light. Los Cabos Wedding location to check out. Sunset da Mona Lisa is located in Cabo San Lucas Mexico and caters to many weddings a year. I bet you are thinking ?? I wonder how much my wedding is going run me in Cabo. The million dollar question. In order to answer this question, I have about 10 questions I need to ask you. If you think because its Mexico,  it is going to be less then the USA.  You could not be more off base. YES you are going to get a way better quality wedding for your money. That is for sure.. But not for 5 dollars.  Things cost different on location~ Call me I will give you a true ballpark figure.  Please if you have 80-100 guests, do not think for 5-10k you can actually have a wedding,  its impossible. Unless you do not want, photography, flowers, music and wedding planning. If you have a very limited budget, I suggest cut your guest list down and make sure you put yourself in the proper venue for your budget. I can help. This is what I do really well. What a beautiful Cabo San Lucas wedding~ Cabo Del Sol is one of my favorite wedding venues in Cabo. The location offers many different ceremony spots. You can get married on the beach in the sand or you can choose the grass above the beach. Cabo Del Sol is not a resort. It is the club house to the number one golf course in Mexico. The venue is private and the food is great. Its located about 10 minutes from Down town Cabo San Lucas. Loved this destination wedding and I love this Los Cabos wedding venue. The wedding planning company was Be That Bride Events and as usual the team was great. The wedding events took place over several days.  Starting at at Esperanza resort, Sunset da Mona Lisa and then finally ending with the ceremony and wedding reception at Cabo Del Sol. This could be one of the nicest couples in history. Every step of this wedding from the planning to the photos & video seemed to be flawless. Sunset da Mona Lisa has unreal views. To see the sunset at this venue is spectacular. When planning your wedding focus your budget on what is important to you. I had a bride tell me that her wedding planner said”If you hire Alec and T they will take so much of your budget you will not have anything left.. what will they photography? Can you imagine being advised that you cannot get these photographs, because you need more STUFF to make your wedding look good!! ” hahahha!! We focus on the love and the moments the joy and life. The memories of your day. I do not need 1 flower to photography to make your wedding look beautiful.. Look around you~ The greatest thing about what I do is captured in this first photo~ Its all about L.O.V.E ~ Misty & Albert  I just cannot thank you enough for including us. The day was perfect! xT

This beautiful Mexico destination wedding took place at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach located in Los Cabos Mexico. Sunset Beach resort is one of the 4 famous Pueblo Bonito resorts . The Ceremony was held on the beach below and reception location was the sky pool ( breathtaking views). Megan & Nyal could not have had a better wedding.What a great group this was. We want to also thank  “Laura Ortiz” the resorts wedding planner. Alec and I have been working with Laura for about 6 years and we highly respect her. Planning a destination wedding is not the same as planning a local wedding, you will be counting on your wedding planner to do most of it for you. Many of the resort planners are extremely busy ,sometimes planning 8-20 weddings in a month and dealing with 100s of brides. You really need to give them a break…or hire an outside planner to help, we suggest.  www.BeThatBrideEvents.com. I just cannot tell you how cool destinations can be. I have witnessed so many beautiful things at these events! family’s bonding and friend reuniting. Trust me its great for everyone to get a vacation and they get to use you as the excuse!!

A beautiful destination wedding. Venue the Hilton in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. I talk to several new brides a week.  Usually they call me before they have chosen a Cabo wedding location. If possible, please call me before you lock in a resort. The venue you decide to have host you event is possible the most important decision you will make. I have said this before and I will say it again. Some venues are great for large weddings and other for intimate weddings. Many resorts are wonderful for vacation or timeshare. But are not great at weddings.  We have shot in almost every resort many many times, and our wedding planning company Be That Bride Events has produced weddings all over Cabo San Lucas. The Hilton Los Cabos has a very professional and experienced wedding department~ They respect weddings! This wedding took place the end of August, normally Alec and I like to take the last week of August and first 2 weeks of September off.  Its our month to get caught up on editing and have some family time. We made a change of plans for this wonderful couple. We could not have made a better decision!! What a total joy it was to shoot this event! xx T

Every time Alec and I get to be apart of a wedding at this resort, its a good day!!  The resort  is nested between 2 rock formations that creates a completely private beach out front~ a huge benefit is you are dreaming of a beach ceremony. If you do not want a beach ceremony the resort has 2 other locations I love “that do not include sand” This resort is a breathtaking! Great rooms~Food that is off the chart~Customer service that will blow you away. The resort has 57 suites and casitas,its small and intimate. perfect for high end weddings.   Monica and Patrick! I am actually sad that this wedding is over,  I enjoyed the entire planning process with this couple. El Dorado Beach Club Wedding in Cabo San Lucas Mexico

What A wonderful Los Cabos Wedding! This is one of my favorite weddings of the summer. El Dorado is located in Los Cabos Mexico. This private golf and beach club is a perfect destination wedding location. We just finished editing the wedding video and it is spectacular. The brides sister “maid of honor” commented in her speech, that Shelley was one of the nicest people in the world, I agree 100%. I knew when shooting this wedding that the photos would be way way off the chart. Once again my friend and wedding planner Amy Abbott did a wonderful job. This One and Only Palmilla wedding is very special to me. The Bride Ashley and the Groom Adam will forever be in our hearts. Ashley contacted me in March 2 months before her wedding, she was just starting her wedding planning. We talked for the longest time about everything in Cabo. I knew that she was going to be wonderful to work with. Sometimes in life you meet certain people that just click with you in seconds, Ashley was one of those. With in about a week she was on a plane with Adam. They had their hearts set on a different resort in Cabo.. And then the day before they left they saw the chapel. It  really was the perfect location for this couples wedding.The event was beautiful~As always its a pleasure to work with Arianna the resorts wonderful wedding planner. The event was beautiful. Dreams Resort is located in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. If you are looking for an all inclusive resort in Los Cabos to host your destination wedding you may want to look into Dreams. Alec and I have not shot many weddings at the resort,  I think around 5 or 6. It seems like every wedding we shoot at Dreams ends up with really amazing photos. The resort staff is always kind and easy to work with, which is a huge plus in my book. When you are planning a your wedding you want to have it as stress free as possible. Lets talk about Cabo San Lucas and what this destination has to offer for weddings. If you have been to Los Cabos you already know the town is charming, the people are welcoming and loving, the weather is almost perfect year round, its safe and its clean and easy to get to. To me its the perfect destination wedding location. OK so Cabo is great..What about wedding venues? And what about all that other wedding stuff? Its really pretty simple contact me and we will chat. A sneak peak at a few  wedding photos!! Erin and Jeff decided to runaway to  Los Cabos Mexico and tie the knot! Very smart move. When we first talked on the phone I suggested that they hire Be That Bride Events to take care of all the details. The day was completely calm and relaxed.  We started at Zoerty Casa Del Mar for a few photos before going to Sunset da Mona Lisa for the ceremony and a few more photos. It could not have been more perfect as the sun was setting the restaurant brought out a great bottle of champagne to toast the newly weds. More photos coming soon xx T

Sunset da Mona Lisa in Los Cabos Mexico.This venue is an option for a beautiful event. Sunset da Mona Lisa is a restaurant just 5 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. The breath taking sunset and non obstructed ocean views are the main selling points of this location. Alec and I are shooting  7 weddings at the venue this summer woohoo its a busy venue for weddings. Nicholas and  Victoria’s event was coordinated by Be That Bride Events . When planning a event at the restaurant  you will need an out side wedding planner Be That Bride Events has done several weddings at the venue and is highly recommended  by Sunset da Mona Lisa for your wedding planning needs.  Another windy day in April. I have to admit the wind has never ruined a wedding, for us anyway. Challenging yes a little. Victoria and Nicholas I do not think even noticed. We had a beautiful chemistry with the entire group. If you are thinking about a destination wedding in Cabo and are leaning towards an all-inclusive resort, you may want to take a look at Barcelo. The rooms are all suites and feel really nice to me. The resort is about 15 minutes from the airport and about 30 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. Barcelo offers several different wedding packages. Eric and Alison had an intimate wedding of about 40, a great amount. The wedding felt very private and intimate, but large enough to be a party! Alec will argue with me, he says ” two people are enough for a party.” Destination weddings are generally much smaller. Our average weddings these days are just around 60. Today, I have a wedding of two and it’s just as important as any other wedding to me. When this wedding day started out, Alec and I had some personal hurdles. It was the very first wedding in our history that we drove 100 miles an hour to get to the resort. My heart was pounding in my chest. We got to the wedding and God was on our side. The sky was a wonderful blue filled with soft white clouds and the light was beautiful. When Alison was about to walk down the aisle, her face melted me into the sand. Weddings in Mexico are like no other weddings in the world. This beautiful event took place at Sunset da Mona Lisa, which is located in Cabo San Lucas. The restaurant sits on a cliff that jets out over the ocean. The views are breathtaking and will, for sure, have your wedding guests talking for years to come. The culture of Mexico is warm and caring. Mexicans are there to greet you with a hug a kiss…and a tequila!! LOL. Why in God’s name would you look any further for the perfect location for your destination wedding? The last time I was in the Caribbean, I was afraid  of the waitress. When I am on vacation, I want great service and smiling people around me. The first time I came to Cabo was to shoot a wedding and I remember the feeling I had was….”I must stay.” Los Cabos has a charm that draws you in and makes you think about your next trip before you have left from your first trip. Word of advice: If you think everything in Mexico is extremely cheap, or because it’s Mexico it should be almost free and people make $5 a day….Wrong!! But I will tell you this: you will never find a location in the USA like Sunset da Mona Lisa and if you did, it would be double or triple the cost. This was a wonderfully coordinated Cabo San Lucas event. Wedding hair and makeup by Los Cabos makeup artist Suzanne Morel. And last, but not least, Matter of Taste Catering who dressed in beautiful grey dress shirts to match the event. The day was beautiful. This bride Abby was–is–extremely special to me. When we first started to chat, she had originally wanted Esperanza, and then Las Ventanas, for her destination wedding ceremony. Both venues already had bookings so we decided the best wedding venue for this very intimate and romantic wedding would at a villa…and then one villa ended up to be three villas, and the weekend was set. Beautiful villas provided by our dear friends at Cabo Villas, a.k.a. Earth Sea and Sky. Cabo Villas has almost all the villas in Cabo San Lucas that rent for events. Abby I loved from the very start. If you look at the photos you will see she is so full of love, it just cannot be contained. An extremely smart and detailed bride that was on top of everything. I loved working with her and will miss our phone calls. The wedding weekend started with a beautiful rehearsal dinner at Edith’s Restaurant, then the wedding day was at Villa de los Suenos, followed by a farewell brunch the next day. I am looking forward to seeing Abby and Omar very soon! And to the mother and father of the bride, Becky and Gus, you both will be long-lasting friends. Dinner in Cabo is a must for all of us. The Sheraton Hacienda del Mar is located in Los Cabos, Mexico. It is one of the few resorts in Cabo San Lucas that has the old world Mexico flare. If you are looking for a wedding location that really feels like Mexico, this wedding venue maybe for you. The resort has many cozy areas with fountains and beautiful Mexican tile. The beach in front is also great for photographs. The Sheraton Hacienda del Mar is located in the private community of Cabo del Sol. Karen and Joe had a great wedding. The first time I spoke to Karen she said to me, “I want my friends and family to have a really good party.” And I want great photos! Mission accomplished. My love of Esperanza Resort in Cabo Mexico.  You will understand after you see this wedding. When I think of a destination wedding in Mexico, I always think of Esperanza. The resort is upscale and yet totally relaxed. I loved the style and feeling of this wedding! Lisa and Brad did it right. Before you pick your wedding colors or decide on a wedding theme,  you need to choose a wedding location. The wedding flowers and design of this wedding was create by ” Pina”  It could not have been more perfect. Simple yet completely elegant. The earthy looking chuppa matched the feeling of the beach. The wedding bouquet was just the right size. The quality of the flowers  in the bouquet was top notch and the finishing unique”the perfect bouquet”  BIG pointer: The one place to focus your flower budget on is your personal bouquet. Your bouquet will be in many photos and should be considered as carefully as your jewelry. When I hear brides say” I am on a flower budget” or ” I  do not care so much for flowers”  I say this. Use a small amount of quality flowers and make sure your bouquet is finished off nicely. I am really excited to post this wedding,  it rocks! When You start planning your Cabo San Lucas destination wedding, the very first thing you need to do is. Call me or Email me.. hahhaha! I promise to point you in the right direction. Cabo San Lucas has beautiful resorts and wedding venue for every budget. I have my favorites and Sunset Da Mona Lisa is for sure on my list. Take a look at these photos. Where in the world do you get this breathtaking view? Diana and Aleem had a beautiful Los Cabos wedding. The sunset was as usual enchanting on This December evening. The couple was fun and easy to shoot. When planning your wedding at Sunset Da Mona Lisa the key is having the ceremony at just the right time. Warning:Do not even think about printing your invitation without asking your photographer what time the ceremony should be. Every location in Cabo has a different sunset time depending on the location of the mountains and the buildings and time of year. In many locations the actual look and feeling of Sunset maybe 20 minutes before sunset. How important are your photos are to you? I had some one say many photographers just “Go with the flow” Ha!! We DO NOT go with the flow if the flow is wrong.  A ceremony 30 minutes to late can be the end of those great photos. Alec and I normally schedule about 30-40 minutes alone with the bride and groom. We move very fast. Its the biggest celebration of your life why would you want to rush it? Take your time enjoy your day stress free. Diana and Aleem did just that and it was a perfect day!~xoxox T

Cabo San Lucas Destination Wedding Location The Hilton Los Cabos Mexico

This Cabo San Lucas destination wedding took place at the Hilton Los Cabos in Mexico. Wedding photos by: Alec and T. I love the Hilton for weddings and always have from the very first wedding we shot at the resort! BUT…I need to talk to whoever is poaching several of our copyright photos and placing them on their website. AND without giving us a photo credit! No, no, no, this cannot happen LOL. Alec and I gladly share photos as long as we get credit. Ok, that’s off my chest. Back to the Hilton as a wedding location…The resort is set up perfectly for weddings and events. The designated areas all work really well. The Hilton’s beach feels super private and the sand is whiter than most beaches! I love this beach! The rooms are not the newest in town, but they are nice, and the foods pretty good. My first contact was with Lisa 18 months before the wedding. I then spent over one year going back and forth with Lisa’s Mom “Darlice”; we e-mailed about many things besides photography. This is usually the case. Alec and I have shot over 30 weddings at Sunset da Mona Lisa and still, to this day, look at the new weddings and just cannot get over the photos that are produced at this wedding location. This wedding is one of my favorite Sunset da Mona Lisa weddings! The light was beautiful, the sky was perfect, and the couple…I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful to work with. We had instant chemistry with Jennifer and Paul. Jennifer told me her story of finding this blog and photos from the venue and knowing in her heart that this would be the place she would have her wedding!! Then you have ” Taylor”  if you look up sexy in the dictionary I am sure it says ” Taylor”  I believe that sexy is a state of mind and the camera lens needs to be in-tune with capturing it! This is one of the keys to good wedding photography! Capturing the emotion and essence in a beautiful way. Cabo San Lucas is a very popular destination wedding location for many reasons: 1.) It’s beautiful; 2.) it’s safe; and, 3.) it specializes in beautiful weddings. The list can go on forever. Melissa and I had many e-mails back and forth. We communicated on a personal level about everything. I will miss you Melissa! Usually when I ask brides ”why Cabo,” they tell me a few different things: 1.) “I don’t want a traditional wedding”; 2.) “If my wedding was local, it would be huge and I want something intimate”; or 3.) “I want those photos…” I am not kidding, I hear it all the time…I want those photos! Ok let’s chat about the photos. If Alec and T is not in your budget or booked and you want great photos, you better have a chat with your photographer and more than your photographer–your wedding planner. Why your wedding planner, you ask?  Because your wedding planner will make your timeline. If your timeline is wrong and your photos do not take place during the proper light, you will not get those photos. If your wedding planner puts the Chuppa 3 feet from the first row of chairs, good luck getting any nice photos. These great photos do not happen by chance, they happen because of communication between the bride, the photographer, and the wedding planner. Ok got that off my chest. LOL. Rachel Hansen is getting married in Cabo San Lucas! Woohoo congratulations.! Rachel is a local Cabo San Lucas wedding planner and has been coordinating weddings for several years in Mexico. Alec and I have worked with her many times. When she called us and asked us to shoot her wedding I was honored, and really happy for her. But booked. Alec and I are extremely loyal and have never missed or replaced ourselves on a wedding in our entire history, Rachel totally understood.  We figured out a way we could still shoot some great photos for Rachel and Ro .This session was 2 hours long. We picked some great locations around Cabo San Lucas and came up with these beautiful engagement photos. It was totally relaxing and a great chance to get to know Ro, who is warm and kind and perfect for Rachel. This Mexico destination wedding took place at Fiesta Americana resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. .Whom ever is in charge of hiring at the Fiesta Americana resort in Cabo rocks!  The staff at the resort is wonderful, they seem to hire really great people. When its your wedding you should be surrounded by smiles and competent hotel staff and at the Fiesta Americana that’s what you get. I am a true believer everything stems from the top. A resort with happy staff must have a happy management or maybe just smart! LOL.. Alec and I have shot over 10 weddings at the resort and every time we leave commenting about how great everyone at the resort is. So that’s half the battle the other one is the food and the food has always been good! The locations for weddings( the wedding sites) have a very private feel. I am all about privacy. The rooms are a bit older and not super glamorous, but they are nice, especially in relationship to the cost. All in all its a  wedding venue option, for sure worth looking into. You can pay twice as much at a few other resorts and not get the wedding location feeling. Its on my list!

When Rita first contact me back in March she did not have a venue set in stone yet and we talked several times about a few different options. I think Rita and Erik made the perfect choice. This was one of the happiest couples we have shot. I do not think they stopped laughing and smiling the entire day and night. It was a wonderful wedding to witness. Alec and I left this wedding feeling really great and super happy for this couple. I am sure we will see them again soon in Cabo! Much love Alec and T.

Cabo San Lucas Mexico is known for great destination weddings. Cabo Azul Resort is known for being a very interesting wedding location.Many brides coming to Cabo fall in love with the chapel; it is like no other. The design is totally unique. The ornate black benches create a perfect back drop for some very cool and interesting photos. Some brides tell me it’s the feeling of a church wedding and they love that .  Other brides tell me they do not want a sand ceremony and the chapel feels formal. Whatever the reason, it is beautiful wedding venue. Meredith and Keith’s wedding was the last of over 40 weddings Alec and I shot this summer in Cabo San Lucas! It was a wedding we looked forward to for a long time. I was personally involved in this wedding more then normal.  Whenever that happens the photos, turn out amazing. Photography is very intimate and personal, when it is done right. It makes perfect sense that if your photographer knows you on a small personal (or large personal level) your photos will come alive and represent you as you really are. What a beautiful Cabo Del Sol  destination wedding! Jessica and Carmello had a picture perfect wedding. Cabo Del Sol is to me the most beautiful golf course in Los Cabos Mexico. The club house is a great wedding venue! If you play golf ? its a breath taking course.  I was looking forward to this wedding for a very long time. I had spent many months getting to know Jessica step father “Al” who really wanted the very best for this couple and it showed in every way. Jessica and Carmello have a great story they met as kids and had a school assignment to get married.. I think it was the 8th grade? Well they picked each-other as husband and wife and made up this life together that pretty much came true. Its funny how life works, some people are always meant to be together. It was very obvious to me this couple is one of those”meant to be” Alec and I enjoyed this wedding from the planning to the editing!! I have had many brides call me and what to get married at the restaurant just for these famous wedding photos! Alec and I love shooting at SSDML,  its a great wedding venue and totally breathtaking. Its also a great wedding rehearsal dinner option and a for sure great dinner option if in town for a few days. Amanda was breathtaking on her own, she would have photographed beautiful anywhere!  she reminded me of Charlize Theron and Brandon was pretty easy on the eye as well. Between the beautiful, extremely nice couple and the amazing venue, this wedding was an easy one to capture! Beautiful Cabo villa wedding Vista Bellena in Cabo San Lucas!! I love villa weddings and this villa is possibly my favorite!! The villa is located in Cabo Del Sol,  5 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms Sleeps 12 this beach front villa is out of this world and works perfect for weddings. Rented by my friends at  CaboVillas. Many Villas do not work for events but this one is perfect! Christie and Ricky’s destination wedding was incredibly beautiful, every thing worked! Thank You Amy Abbot events. As always we loved working with you! And amazing Floral designs from “Pina” Her work is fresh and totally creative every-time. At the very last minute Ricky talked Christie into a trash the dress session! When we finished the shoot Christie looked at me and said that was the most fun she had on her whole wedding trip! I love these mess the dress shoots they are totally fun and free. We miss this great couple and cannot wait to see you both again soon!! Drinks again at our house is a must!! xooxox Alec & T.

Cabo Del Sol Wedding, Los Cabos destination Photographers:Alec and T

What an amazing and wonderful couple! Susanna and Matt had all ready became friends before the wedding! The relationship started off with an engagement session almost 1 year ago in Cabo, the session ended with Matt and Susanna getting side swiped by a huge wave that came out of no where! Totally soaked.. and Alec jumping 5 feet off the ground trying to save a camera.The whole thing seeming to happen in slow motion to me( I did get a great photo) It is always fun! The build up to the wedding is the part I love the most. I like to get a feel for each couple, so when we arrive to photograph the day, we have a little history to work on.Everything we do is personal and your photos cannot be if I walk in and just start snapping. I was super excited to see Susannas dress and Matt in a suit for the first time!! haha Matt you look great in a suit and I am a huge fan of the color grey it photographs perfect with the sand in Cabo and doesn’t reflect yellow in your skin. Lets talk about Cabo Del Sol! Its a location that offers many things and one being a total private ceremony and reception location! Alec and I have great things to say about this location and have shot many many weddings at Cabo Del Sol. It is for sure a Cabo wedding venue worth checking out! Cabo San Lucas Hacienda Beach Club wedding Photos By Alec and T.Photography

The wedding ceremony was held at San Jose’s Catholic church and the wedding reception took place at Cabo San Lucas, Hacienda Beach Club. Wedding planning was done by our dear friend Vari from (Allure Event) located in Cabo San Lucas. Thank You for everything Vari Job well done! Alec and I had the chance to shoot Sierus and Linda’s engagement photos last fall in Los Angele’s, We knew going into this wedding that this couple photographs beautiful. Linda has a smile and a laugh that is totally contagious, its impossible not to adore her! I want to make her my doctor! Imagine.. beautiful, smart always smiling and laughing,. My father always says attitude is everything in life, we wake up in the morning and we can decide to have a crappy day or a great day. Linda is one of those people that I think wakes up and decides everyday is a good one. Sierus the handsome lawyer and Linda the beautiful doctor had a dream wedding. Alec and I are the beneficiaries of this day. Some times I think ..How could you not get it right as a photographer with this combination? Life happens in a second and it happens right in front of you. I think you have to be looking for it and trust it will happen and when it does be ready for it! And that’s what we do. Its such an amazing feeling when some one trusts you enough to place their memories of one of the most important day in your hands. We do not take it lightly. Cabo Photographers Alec and T. Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Wedding

Pueblo Bonito wedding in Cabo San Lucas Mexico.  This is the first time Alec and I have shot a wedding at Pueblo Bonito Blanco we have worked several times at Sunset Beach Resort and Pacifica, but never at Blanco. Alec and I have a soft spot for the resort when we first were coming to Cabo to shoot weddings from Los Angele’s  we would always stay at the resort, we know it well. We loved the fact that it was very centrally located and has a smaller intimate Mexican feel to it. You really feel the ocean! I love that. When Patricia and Austin first called me I told them NO WAY have your ceremony on the beach, its a very busy beach and you will have zero privacy. She agreed and the ceremony was placed in front of the pool with a beautiful ocean view. Thank you God that was the case, on the wedding day it was high tide and I am talking higher then I have ever seen it.  The waves came almost touching the resort. The ceremony went off like a charm it was beautiful, and heart touching. Normally I am a big one for come-on lets go! lets hit the beach!! Rah Rah Rah… A bit concerned I looked at Patricia and her perfect dress ..I looked at the wet sand and waves and said Hmmmm are you sure you want to go to the beach?? With out a second of hesitation I had a green light for the beach!! As you can see, it was a great choice.  These beach photos are forever, they are priceless. Austin and Patricia you both are total troopers! I could not be happier for you! Blessing on your marriage and a wonderful life a head of you. xoxox Alec & T.

When you look at this blog post you are going to want to get married in Cabo! The absolute pure love and joy that took place on this day could not be measured. Cabo Azul Resort is one of the hottest places to get married in Cabo its unique ~outstanding architectural design is the draw for most brides and grooms I speak with. One of these days. I really need to meet the architect, I think he is brilliant!  Lisa and Jeff  we are so happy you chose us to shoot your wedding. Jeff actually told me he knew we would be the right photographers when Lisa cried looking at blog photos of a total stranger, hahhahaha . I loved hearing that. I am really bad, I cried watching the new Bambi movie with my son Liam. This wedding was filled with beautiful emotion and great energy. Lisa sent me an email asking me( Did you get any photos of us with out a beer in our hands? LOL) ! Yes we do have many.. but this really could be an add for Corona. I have such great memories of this day and cannot wait to talk to Lisa and Jeff when they return from their honeymoon. Maybe we will catch up in Los Angele’s next month?? Another beautiful Cabo Azul Wedding! Got to love it!! T

What a beautiful Cabo wedding! Sunset Da Mona Lisa is known for its breath taking views! I tell everyone coming to Cabo San Lucas try to make it a point to have dinner at The restaurant and arrive about 45 minutes before sunset, it really is a romantic way to spend an evening. Zahra and Shafiq contacted me at the beginning of the year. I remember talking to Zahra and hearing the total joy and excitement in her voice about her wedding. I love that! I am a very excitably person. Alec always says I will most likely be more excited about the wedding then the actual couple getting married. Lol. When I met Zahra and Shafiq for the first time it was smiles from ear to ear I think that Shafiq did not stop smiling the entire meeting, I walked away super excited to be apart of their day.The day started at Barcelo in San Jose Del Cabo where the couple got ready, The wedding ceremony and reception was held at Sunset da Mona Lisa.
