Planning a wedding in Cabo  San Lucas Mexico? The first thing that needs to happen is your venue choice~ I cannot even tell you how important this is. Once you have given your deposit to a resort its really hard to change . So pick it wisely. This wedding took place at Fiesta Americana in Cabo San Lucas. The resort is very centrally located and has a really nice feel for weddings. Alec and I have shot at Fiesta  Americana  many times. Jenny and Chris had a really fun and totally relaxed wedding. Margot and Eric’s wedding is going to make you laugh and cry. I remember the drive to the resort and I remember saying a prayer that this would be a spectacular day! I guess I should thank God… Wow, what a wedding! It could not have been more beautiful. Margot was beaming when I walked in the room and was beaming when I left at the end of the night. The magic between this couple is beautiful. When I am at weddings, I look at everything through a lens, everything close up. I see things most people never get to see. I focus on moments for hours. I will tell you what I saw at this wedding: I saw two people head over heels in love. I witnessed amazingly loving and happy†families on both sides. I watched a proud father give his daughter away to someone he respected, and a mother so filled with joy for her daughter she could barely stand it. The way this couple looked at each other was as if no one else was in the room. You should have heard their vows!†From start to finish, we loved this day!! Alec & T

Some brides are beautiful and sweet or funny and full of life.  Other brides are regal and elegant. Then you have ” Taylor”  if you look up sexy in the dictionary I am sure it says ” Taylor”  I believe that sexy is a state of mind and the camera lens needs to be in-tune with capturing it! This is one of the keys to good wedding photography! Capturing the emotion and essence in a beautiful way. As a wedding photographer I have pure – real emotion right in front of me and its my job to not miss it. Everyone wants breathtaking beautiful photos and trust me we are going to make sure everyone gets breath taking beautiful photos. Beautiful Cabo villa wedding Vista Bellena in Cabo San Lucas!! I love villa weddings and this villa is possibly my favorite!! The villa is located in Cabo Del Sol,  5 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms Sleeps 12 this beach front villa is out of this world and works perfect for weddings. Rented by my friends at  CaboVillas. Many Villas do not work for events but this one is perfect! Christie and Ricky’s destination wedding was incredibly beautiful, every thing worked! Thank You Amy Abbot events. As always we loved working with you! And amazing Floral designs from “Pina” Her work is fresh and totally creative every-time. At the very last minute Ricky talked Christie into a trash the dress session! When we finished the shoot Christie looked at me and said that was the most fun she had on her whole wedding trip! I love these mess the dress shoots they are totally fun and free. We miss this great couple and cannot wait to see you both again soon!! Drinks again at our house is a must!! xooxox Alec & T.

Casa Dorada Weddings in Cabo San Lucas!! Destination weddings are totally the way to go as far as I am concerned, and its not just because I am a destination wedding photographer. I actually had a destination wedding! Its such a great way to bring family and friend together. I met Sam and Tam about a year before the wedding and we stayed close the entire time, I refuse to let them continue life as husband and wife without Alec and I some how remaining friends! The great thing is they are from Los Angele’s and we are in LA all the time. Tam and Sam had their wedding guests stay at Villa Del Arco where we shot the getting ready photos and then moved the wedding to Casa Doradas 12 tribes restaurant! The wedding went off without a bump in the road! I would say that about 99% of all our weddings do go off in a stress free manner. I think its important to remember this..Your wedding is one day out of your life that you should enjoy every minute, from the getting ready to the cutting of the cake. Make sure the people around you can roll with the punches. Make sure that everyone is working as a team your wedding planner ~photographers~ florists ~DJs~should all be their for one thing and that is you. At the end of the day your wedding is the event of your life! If you are considering a destination wedding and looking into Cabo please call me!! I can direct you to the venue that may be right for you. Alec and I have worked in all the resorts and now them all well..The good the great the bad and the ugly LOL! Depending on what is important to you has everything to do with the resort you choose. Some resorts are great for vacation but not for weddings and some resorts rock at both, some resorts you need an outside wedding planner and some resorts you don’t. So many things to think about. Villa Del Palmar Resort Wedding in Cabo San Lucas By ALEC and T.

Tessa and Danny’s Cabo wedding took place at Villa Del Palmar beach resort it is part of the Villa Group Resort in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. The resort sits on the famous Medano Beach. A beach that is normally not good for weddings.. its just way to busy with sunbathing tourists! When I arrived,  I was really impressed how the resort not only roped off the area but put beautiful signs up asking hotel guests to respect the intimacy of the wedding. The sand was raked and the ceremony site felt totally private! Thank you Shearim!! Villa weddings in Cabo! Choosing a villa as your wedding venue is a great option. If privacy and intimacy is your goal I think you cant go wrong. Cabo is known for its amazing villas for rent. Jim and Jody had contacted me many months ago and talked about the option of a villa wedding it was very exciting I just adored them both. Then one day I got a phone call and Jody informing me some issues had arrived and the wedding would be canceled.  This was 1 month prior wedding date .. I said NO NO NO!! The wedding must go on, you have your dress,  your shoes your villa,  your friends and family ( what else do you need??)  Like the story of Cinderella all my friends jumped into gear #1 Matter of Taste Catering designed an amazing menu arranged for the tables and chairs and many details like the very cool fireworks show. Then Rene from Cabo Floral designs, truly a master, created the flowers and the ceremony set up.  Suzanne Morel hair and Make up and Suzanne Morel Linens and Things and More,  came up with the perfect tables, Jorge the Minister came to the rescue to perform a beautiful ceremony. The music, the cake, the time-line… Everything was put together in a few weeks and the wedding went off PERFECT!!  Jody and Jim enjoyed every minute of the day, I was so excited when Jody told me she had 2 dresses and 1 of those was jumping in the ocean Wooohoo!! MESS THE DRESS. This couple went into the ocean with total passion and joy no inhibitions at all.  It was a warm Cabo day..I wished I could have jumped in!! What a joy what a pleasure Jody and Jim,  Alec and I wish you all the best that this world can send your way.  xoxox T
