Esperanza Resort in Los Cabos, Is one of my favorite  wedding venues in Mexico. The resort is breathtaking and has several different ceremony locations. I believe the ceremony location for your wedding,  should be grand!  Alec and I have shot many weddings at the resort and every wedding we shoot at Esperanza feels extremely special to us! Destination weddings in Mexico, Cabo San Lucas has several wedding venues that I love!  Esperanza resort in Los Cabos ranks one of my all time favorites. Sunset da Mona Lisa in Cabo has  the best view in town. So we put them together and Tatiana and Ilyia had their dream wedding. Alec and I have done several Russian weddings . No one knows how to have fun like the Russians. If you ever have the chance to get invited to a Russian wedding do not dare miss it!  Tatiana and Ilyia did everything right~ Starting with they hired  Be That Bride Events to help with the wedding planning ” Thank you Yarai ” If your planning a destination wedding and think a wedding planner is an added cost… you may want to rethink that? The wedding started at Esperanza Resort and then ended up at Sunset Da Mona Lisa. There was not a moment of the day that did not have something exciting happening! A luxury Mexico Wedding~ Once again Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas Mexico hosts a beautiful event. Every time Alec and I get to be apart of a wedding at this resort, its a good day!!  The resort  is nested between 2 rock formations that creates a completely private beach out front~ a huge benefit is you are dreaming of a beach ceremony. If you do not want a beach ceremony the resort has 2 other locations I love “that do not include sand” This resort is a breathtaking! Great rooms~Food that is off the chart~Customer service that will blow you away. The resort has 57 suites and casitas,its small and intimate. perfect for high end weddings.   Monica and Patrick! How do I even start ? Monica from the very first phone call became my friend and over the past year I have gotten to love her more every time we talk. I am actually sad that this wedding is over,  I enjoyed the entire planning process with this couple. Los Cabos Luxury Resort, Esperanza Hosts Another Outstanding Destination Wedding

Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas. If you are thinking about a destination wedding and are thinking about a luxury wedding, Esperanza Resort in Los Cabos could be the place for your event. I cannot even begin to tell you how much I love this venue..Well yes I can~ I can tell you in full detail exactly why I love this resort and exactly how to have a great wedding at this location. 323 455-3342 The venue has several different ceremony options and several different cocktail hour location options as well as dinner reception spots. Each location has its own uniqueness. One of the biggest things I hear is this…Ceremony on the beach..or.. Ceremony under the palm trees (AKA pool terraces) Call me ~talk to me ~ I will tell you in 2 minutes flat what location is best suited for you, and why they are totally different.   Alec and I started shooting at the resort in 2007 and fell in love with the property from day one. When our wedding planning Be That Bride Events advices couples regarding Cabo weddings its always on our OMG list. Aja and Melvin’s July wedding was one of those breath taking Cabo days,  not to bright or hot (a little warm) it was a perfect day for a wedding. I spent almost 1 year getting to know Ajas mother “Martha” over the phone and emails. Martha was wonderful and put great love and care into making sure this day would be perfect for Aja and Melvin. A beautiful destination wedding in Los Cabos Mexico. This summer Alec and I had the chance to shoot some of the most amazing destination weddings. I always rank a wedding by the way I feel as I am packing up my cameras at the end of the night. Some weddings I leave feeling enlightened by love and inspired by watching family and friends bonding. This was one of those weddings. Two really great family’s celebrating love. Club 96 is a private members only beach club exclusively for  Villas Del Mar home owners and guests. Located in Los Cabos Mexico next door to the famous One & Only Palmilla Resort. This venue is pretty much a perfect wedding location! Club 96 is stunning and the food is unreal. Esperanza Resort weddings in Los Cabos Mexico. Oh yeah.  FABULOUS!  This resort is luxury all the way, but manages to have a completely relaxing laid back feeling to it. How they manage to do that, not sure??  I highly recommend this resort for weddings. Also with out a question recommend it for a vacation.  this venue is paradise~ bare foot luxury~ Its also my personality I am guilty of liking very nice things and avoiding stuffy or uptight anything.. So its perfect for me. If your thinking about a destination wedding this is a venue to check out. Trisha & Ryan had a dream wedding . Intimate and elegant. This amazingly well dressed couple enjoyed every single second of their event. How could they not? My love of Esperanza Resort in Cabo Mexico.  You will understand after you see this wedding. When I think of a destination wedding in Mexico, I always think of Esperanza. The resort is upscale and yet totally relaxed. I loved the style and feeling of this wedding! Lisa and Brad did it right. Before you pick your wedding colors or decide on a wedding theme,  you need to choose a wedding location. The wedding flowers and design of this wedding was create by ” Pina”  It could not have been more perfect. Simple yet completely elegant. The earthy looking chuppa matched the feeling of the beach. The wedding bouquet was just the right size. The quality of the flowers  in the bouquet was top notch and the finishing unique”the perfect bouquet”  BIG pointer: The one place to focus your flower budget on is your personal bouquet. Your bouquet will be in many photos and should be considered as carefully as your jewelry. When I hear brides say” I am on a flower budget” or ” I  do not care so much for flowers”  I say this. Use a small amount of quality flowers and make sure your bouquet is finished off nicely. I am really excited to post this wedding,  it rocks! I prayed that my 11/11/11 wedding would be with family and friends!! Prayers come true…or at least, this one did. Esperanza is my resort of choice. When Alec and I renew our vows, this will be the place. I think that beauty is internal. When I say that, I am talking about the resort Esperanza and the bride Veronica. Both Esperanza and the bride Veronica are visually perfect to the eye, that is a given. What makes them both beautiful is how they make you feel. That is the true beauty. I hope that every wedding Alec and I shoot makes people feel something! If you are looking to hire a photographer, look at their work. Does it make you feel something? Or are they just pretty photos? When it’s your wedding, you better feel something. If I ever shoot a wedding and feel nothing, then I should find a new career. If I do not feel something on the phone with a couple then I will pass the wedding to someone else out of respect for the couple. Veronica and Simon, you are forever in the hearts of Alec and T. Your gracious and beautiful†characters will follow you! I always say everything stems from the top, great people do not happen by chance. So I say cheers to you!! Take a look at this Los Cabos wedding! If you read my blog,  you already know That Esperanza resort in Cabo San Lucas is my all time favorite wedding location! This venue is unreal for weddings. I wish everyone had the wedding budget for the resort!  Its worth every single dime. Feel free to call me and I will give a complete run down on the venue!!  Dawn and Paul defiantly know how to throw a party. The first phone call I had with Dawn she was planning a 11/11/11 wedding. I was already booked on 11/11/11 at Esperanza. No way!! I wanted to shoot her wedding so so bad! I knew after 10 minutes of talking to Dawn she would have a fun wedding and I really wanted to be apart of it. After a few minor date adjustments.. I think 3 Lol.. the date was set and we made it happen. The wedding details and flowers by Elena Damy. Suzanne Morels beautiful linen designs. Beautiful wedding coordination by Martha and Sarai at Signature weddings!  The wedding officiant was the amazing Marco. The band “NRG” was flown in from San Diego ,they had me dancing the whole night. Everything worked. As we editing the video I found myself  hanging on to every word that Minister  Marco said during the ceremony. Marco is always great but this wedding he was better then ever. Its the ultimate compliment when a couple changes their date for Alec and I!! Thank You!!  In return we wanted to make sure that we did not miss a thing, that the emotion and the beauty of this day would be forever frozen in time so Paul and Dawn could relive the event for years to come. Its was a wonderful day and evening for everyone involved. Cheers ~ T

Alec and I have shot over a dozen weddings at Esperanza resort in Cabo in the last year! And have to say it is one of my favorite Cabo San Lucas wedding venues. I feel as if the staff is family and the resort feels like home. Esperanza I think feels like that to many people and maybe that’s why its such a great wedding option. When choosing a location for your wedding  you have many things to consider!  ( Especially if your relying on the internet)  Many resorts are great but not wedding friendly or just not set up well for events. Call me !!! I’m very opinionated and have worked in most all the resorts and wedding venues. Aaron and Maureen contacted us a while back and we talked about how we would approach their wedding photos and video. They wanted their photos to capture the day in a very  candid and photo journalistic way. Something Alec and I do naturally ( so the task was pretty simple) I think the photos are a perfect reflection to the essence of the day. Maureen and Aaron weddings was natural, fresh and simple in a very elegant way! I loved her flowers !! designed by Elaina Damy. Both Aaron and Maureen had wonderful family’s , I remember at the end of the evening standing back and watching everyone dancing and completely enjoying each other and thinking.. YES!! What a successful event this was. Alec and I adore you both and cant wait for you to see the video as well!! hugs T

When I think of a destination wedding in Mexico, I think of – beach – bright colors – wedding guests without shoes – bright colored drinks – and The Esperanza Resort in Cabo!! Alec and I just love this resort as a wedding venue. We get excited every-time the opportunity comes up to shoot a wedding at this location.  Anne and Jesse contact us many months back. The very first time I met Anne I remember thinking.. first off, shes a lawyer and shes that beautiful ..NO.. Only lawyers on TV look like that. Well its true, she is a lawyer and she looks like that… LOL.  Shes smart, beautiful and super super nice, and shes married to Jesse.. Killer combination. If you know Jesse you will agree . They are beautiful alone and together they are perfect. When I take photographs I am very aware of the eye contact and the way people look at each other.. I always say,  you can run but you cant hide hehehhe.. From the lens that is. The way Anne and Jesse looked at each other was priceless, pure and perfect. I think the world has so much in store for them. Alec and I wish them many years of love life and happiness! and..Drinks at our house soon! xoox T

I have to start this blog with this..YEAH!!! IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!  Danielle and I spent many months of emails and several phones calls talking about her  Cabo Esperanza wedding. We talked about everything,  her wedding flowers her hair and makeup. Should the ceremony be on the beach or the pool terraces? What should the guys wear? So many options and so many decisions that all ended up making the day perfect. I was extremely excited for this couple, They put so much care into the day,  I was really expecting that everything would be perfect for them.And it was!!! Another perfect Esperanza wedding in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. Luke and Carly’s weddings was filled with complete and total joy. I got an email from Luke and he said this…Thank you for shooting Carly and my wedding the entire night was perfect and one that I will never forget. When I receive emails like this my heart jumps. Everyone should be able to feel this way. Carly and Luke surrounded themselves with family and friends, they kept it simple and focused on the wedding details that were important to them. Carly had a classic style that was beautiful and elegant and I think we captured her essence perfectly!!  I have to laugh, everyone warned them about rain in September!! hahaha the day was perfect. We really enjoyed our time at this Esperanza wedding and send out many warm wishes to Luke and Carly!!

Vicki and Dennis had a perfect and private wedding.  Alec and I  were so honored to be apart of this wedding day. We felt like part of the family. Cam, Alley, Mackenzie, Lauren and Kristen, We loved you all!!  And you are so close to being the Brady Bunch..1 short.  As you can see from the photos the event was relaxed and fun, no stress no pressure just pure joy. We are super happy for Dennis and Vicki and the new family. Thank you for inviting us into your private day it was a pleasure! T

Cabo San Lucas Wedding Esperanza Resort WOW! Destination Mexico

My barefoot bride chose Esperanza resort in Mexico to have her first class destination wedding. Meredith and Paul’s wedding was fun,  spontaneous and completely relaxed..They picked the perfect couple to shoot their wedding.  When Alec and I arrived and I looked at Meredith I knew this was going to be a day of great photos. The first thing I did was run over and give her a big hug and kiss and then meet everyone else in the room. As we started to shoot I realized she was missing shoes.. This is the way she stayed all night, MY BAREFOOT BRIDE.  I think mostly everyone was shoeless, Its was perfect.  The weddings flowers ( flown in from Holland) were designed by Elena Damy www.elenadamy.com.. AMAZING Elena and Carlos,  literally off the charts, but then again every wedding I do with Elena,  I seem to say the same thing WOW!!  Arianna from Esperanza planned this wedding with perfect orchestration.  Meredith and Paul loved Arianna.( everyone always dos)  The night seemed to fly by so fast. I’m excited for this blog post. I’m excited for Meredith and Paul to have the chance to relive their wedding day. Besos and more more besos.  T

Esperanza resort is located in Los Cabos Mexico. Alec and I have shot several weddings at Esperanza and we just love the resort. Meghan and Robs wedding was another beautiful Esperanza wedding!! This blog post is huge, I usually do not blog with so many wedding photos but just could not pick I had about 100 chosen and had to cut it down to this 61 photos. The weather on this day was extremely hot ( not normal for June) and I was sure it was going to be a difficult shoot. I was wrong… The day was perfect and went by so fast and the shoot was wonderful . Rob and Meg are two of the sweetest people ever. When I was looking at all the photos I could not help but to notice the way they looked at each other, the way it felt like no one else was in the room, but the two of them ( as if our cameras did not exist). This is what we want to do all the time, we want you to feel as if we are the fly on the wall. To capture the essence of your day without being in your face. The wedding was from beginning to end filled with laughter and love. Thank you both Meg & Rob!! Love you guys !! T

Beautiful Esperanza Wedding in Cabo San Lucas

This Esperanza wedding was very special to Alec and I. Cassandra and Skylar could not have been two nicer people to work with, I cannot say enough great things about them. Cassandra had a definite style, nothing flashy or over the top. From her wedding dress that just draped perfect on her perfect body, to her shoes, to the simple elegant table settings, the cocktail hours great champagne and ceviche. Everything was first class all the way. They chose to use  earth tones and let the Esperanza resort and ocean be the backdrop of the wedding. Everything they did worked. Oh and the wedding bouquet!! Lily of the valley. Extremely rare for Mexico and very hard to get , It grows in cool temperatures. How did you get those fresh???? They looked like she ran outside and freshly picked them before walking down the isle ..Another perfect detail. Cassandra and Skylar we cant wait to see you sometime soon in LA!!  Alec & T

Dawn and Ryan, A beautiful Esperanza wedding!!  Cabo San Lucas Mexico is in my book a perfect destination wedding location. The Esperanza resort and spa is spectacular and lends itself to great photography. Dawn & Ryan contacted us last August , I was in the Pacific Northwest getting ready to give birth to our son Liam. As soon as I found out they were also from the N.W. I knew we would be a perfect match.. REAL …Alec and I have a very candid wedding photography style. We shoot your wedding as its naturally unfolding. Nothing stiff nothing contrived. Dawn had a very regal side to her that worked perfect with the sexy black and white, Ryan we just let him be and his emotion of the day lead us. I fell head over heels in love with Tatum Ryan’s daughter ( Dawns new daughter! yeah!!) her spirit was so pure and the love she had for her father was above and beyond ( so easy to capture). Jennifer  & Jeff were married at the Esperanza Resort in Los Cabos Mexico. Alec & I had the pleasure to take their wedding photos and shoot their wedding video.  We shot their engagement photos in San Diego a few months prior. I cant tell you how much fun we had with these two. Jeff and Jenn were completely relaxed and as you can see enjoying every minute of their wedding. I know we did!
